Our steel bicycle frames are TIG welded, in a protective atmosphere of Argon gas inside and out of the frame tubes, which prevents burning and/or weakening of the ultra thin tubing material. Our carbon frames utilize the latest aerospace quality adhesives. All construction and welding are completed in a precision jig. This fabrication method guarantees exact dimensions and perfect frame alignment and fit. After custom painting with your choice of color I personally assembly your Strand bicycle to your specification with Campagnolo or Shimano components. Of course, all Strnad Custom Bicycle Frames are made for 1-1/8" headsets.
